Elderflower Spritz slushy

A twist on a traditional Elderflower Spritz with this recipe from Cocktail Culture, featuring everyone's favourite spirit Gin and everyone's favourite instant cocktail effervescent.
We will be drinking ice-cold G&Ts, Bellinis and Pimms until Christmas, then we'll switch things up.
To celebrate the end of summer, we partnered with Cocktail Culture and asked them to make a frozen cocktail that can be enjoyed all year round. And you can make it, too!
Here's what you'll need...
- Your favourite gin. You'll need 30ml.
- 150ml of tonic water. We recommend Indian.
- An Elderflower Spritz Cocktail F.I.Z.Z.
Mix the gin, tonic water and a handful of ice into a blender. Drop in your Elderflower Spritz tablet and let it dissolve. Once done, blend until the ice is slushie-like.
Pour into a glass, and enjoy.
