Winter Wonderland

Location: Hyde Park

A classic- Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland is back for another year. There are more than 200 wooden cabins overflowing with fantastic gifts, including handmade crafts, festive snacks and beautiful pieces of jewellery. Hyde Park is also home to the UK’S biggest outdoor ice rink, so put on your skates or just sit back and watch from the giant observation wheel. 

Southbank Winter Festival

Location: Southbank

This riverside Christmas market is not far from the London Eye, and is one of the first to pop up in 2018.  There will be a time-travelling circus, global street food stalls and wooden chalets lining the banks of the Thames to pick up your Christmas Stocking fillers.  The time-travelling circus will also be putting on a Christmas performance called Circus 1903.

Leicester Square Christmas Market

Location: Leicester Square

Leicester Square being the heart of London’s tourist district means this Christmas Market will be overflowing with festive spirit. There will be a large Spiegeltent which will hold entertaining performances from the likes of the Briefs Boys, as well as a Burlesque Carol Concert! (Don’t worry- this market will also hold family friendly performances on as well, as Santa will be present in his glittering grotto.)

Christmas by the River

 Location: London Bridge

A festive winner- this market lies on the banks of the River Thames, with views of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. This market will showcase German-style chalets filled with homemade craft gifts and festive food and drink. There will also be festive workshops on, so make sure to keep an eye out for the programme.
