NEW YEAR'S EVE COCKTAIL RECIPE

Ready for the biggest night of the year? New Years's Eve will soon come around and our Innovation Director has created the ultimate celebratory cocktail with XECO Wines Fino Sherry.
Ingredients:
Orange Marmalade 1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
Orange Blossom Water 2 drops
Gin 35ml
Aperol 25ml
XECO Fino 25ml
Garnish:
Rosemary Sprig
Watermelon & Citrus Edible Fragrance
Method:
Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
Shake with ice for 10 seconds
Pour through tea strainer into a Champagne Glass
Garnish with rosemary spring
Top up with aromatic tonic water
Spritz 4/5 times with our Watermelon & Citrus Edible Fragrance
